English Breakfast is a very proper tea indeed! First blended in the 1800’s as a stronger morning tea to be had with the protein rich traditional English Breakfast.
Grown in the misty mountains of Uva, Sri Lanka our English Breakfast tea produces a strong flavoured but smooth tea of noted subtle tannins and long, fresh aromas. Classified OP or Orange Pekoe which is the highest grade given to tea indicating the whole leaf. The loose leaf tea is wiry and long in appearance.
