6 (approx) pack of Squid Rings battered in our delicious Gluten-free Batter Mix and pre-cooked in a Cholesterol Free Oil.

For best results cook from frozen.

  1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius. (200 for fan-forced).
  2. Remove Battered Squid from packaging.  Lay Battered Squid Rings in a single layer on oven tray and place in the oven.
  3. Cook in the oven for 18 – 20 minutes until they are golden and crispy.
  4. Add salt or your favourite seasoning!

NOTE: cooking time may vary from oven to oven.
Adjust the cooking time to suit your oven preferences.

Store at or below minus 18 degrees Celsius.
Do not thaw before cooking.
