We are open for deliveries or order collection from our warehouse from Monday to Friday and deliver throughout Melbourne metro area.

Please refer below to our daily delivery zones

  • 5 Days delivery, Monday – Friday to all Melbourne Metro suburbs including The Yarra Valley, Dandenong Ranges and Bayside surrounding areas.
  • Mornington Peninsula, Pakenham/Cranbourne surrounding areas: 3 days delivery on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays weekly.
  • Western Suburbs including Werribee/Altona/Point cook and surrounding areas: 2 days delivery on Mondays and Thursdays weekly.
  • Sunbury/Melton/Gisborne/Craigieburn and surrounding areas: One day per week delivery on Thursdays.

Please note your delivery day in comments section at check out. We will automatically deliver on next business day in your area if no comment mentioned.

  • Place order by 10pm for next day delivery. All Orders are next day delivery or pick up from our warehouse in Kilsyth South, unless specified in the comments portal at checkout.
  • Pick up orders from Greenlands warehouse are 8am – Midday.

  • From all of us here at Greenlands, we really appreciate your business and support.
  • The delivery address which you nominate will need to be within our delivery zone. Please ensure your delivery address is correct, as orders with incorrect delivery detail or that are located outside of our delivery zone may not be delivered. Please email our office before submitting your order if you are not sure if we deliver to your area.
  • Most Melbourne CBD suburb delivery fees are a low $6.50 – $10. Max $15.50 delivery fee for deliveries up to 30km distance from Greenlands Fruit HQ in Kilsyth. For interstate and areas out of our delivery catchment, please email/phone our office for further enquiries.
  • You can also choose to ‘Click & Collect’ from our warehouse. Collection hours are 7am – 11am Monday – Friday.
  • Cut off point for placing orders and/or changing orders is 10pm the day before you request a delivery.
  • Unattended deliveries. We are not responsible for any damage or theft to your order when left in the designated area that you have specified. We recommend that your delivery is brought inside and stored away as soon as possible.
  • We ask that you please leave delivery instructions with your order in the event no one is home to accept your delivery. In the event no one is home and you have not left delivery instructions, we will leave your order at your front door.
  • All set home boxes are based on produce in season and can vary week to week. If an item is not available that is in the Set Home box, we will replace it with a similar item. You can request up to 1-2 items to be taken out of a box & can add items of same value to the box for a further charge.
  • We accept that in the event of your order arriving damaged due to our own transport, we will replace the goods free of charge or give you a credit on your next order. Please call our office or email us sales@greenlandsfruit.com.au to let us know and we will work with you to address any issues you have with your order.

To help protect our customers, staff and the wider community we will be delivering contact free until further notice. Our drivers will leave your order at your front door or at your requested designated spot. All staff wear gloves when packing produce and have a strict minimum touch approach to handling produce.

We offer a customer satisfaction guarantee, if you are not happy with any item of your order we will happily replace it. If the products you have ordered arrived damaged or not as you have ordered (faulty, missing items, quality standard), please notify our office by phone on 9728 6989 or email a picture to sales@greenlandsfruit.com.au as soon as you notice it or within the 24 hour period of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue you have and replace the product of issue within a 24 hour period or when convenient for you. Please email with picture of faulty or quality issue product if requesting credit. We may request to collect product of issue so we can return to our supplier.

Browse through our range of offerings by clicking on Boxes or Produce List. Click on ‘Add to cart’ under the desired item(s) and select the quantity.

When you’re done, click on the cart icon on the top-right corner of the page. View and edit the items in your cart. Click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’ to visit the Customer Information screen.

Enter your address and click on ‘Next’. This will take you to the Delivery Scheduler. Select the date(s) for delivery or pick up and click on ‘Next’.

Enter payment information and click on ‘Pay now’ to complete payment. On the next screen, you’ll see a confirmation dialogue with details of your order. Upon completion of your order you will recieve an email reciept to confirm your order status.

If you order by 10pm we will have your delivery at your door the following day.

No. We will leave your order at your front door or designated delivery spot. We ask that you bring your order in as soon as you can to help preserve the freshness of your goods.

Please note, we will not be responsible for theft or damage of goods if you request items to be left unattended.

With deliveries commencing from 5am, we aim to have all orders delivered before midday. There may be delays on busy days especially before or after weekends and public holidays where our drivers can be still be dispatching orders until mid afternoon. To check the status of a delivery, please email or call our office who can assist you.

You can request a delivery time by adding a note at checkout. Please note, we advise early delivery requests on a day other than Monday and Fridays as they are peak busy days and you may experience a delay.

Any orders delivered before 8 am will be left at your front door without notice as the drivers don’t want to wake you! They will endeavour to message you after 8am to let you know the order has arrived. After 8:30am they will ring your door bell and leave it at your requested delivery spot.

There is a minimum spend of $50 per delivery.

The Set Boxes are value for money and full of staple fruit & Veg that have been formulated to save you time in picking your own! They may change on a weekly basis depending on seasonality and availablity and you can request up to 1-2 items to be changed/swapped.

The Set Boxes are full of staple fruit and veg that we all use. We dont get too fancy with the boxes BUT you are more than welcome to order the fancy stuff too for a further cost!

The list of items in each box are listed when you click on the Set Box. Please note, items can vary on a daily basis depending on availability. If there is a product that you really need please contact us to let us know or leave a comment upon checkout. Alternatively, you may purchase the product as an extra in the Produce List.

Yes you can, however there is a minimum purchase of $40.

Any issues with your order will be fixed hassle free! Call us in our office as soon as you notice it and we will work with you to fix it on the day if possible or when it’s conveniant for you.

Absolutley. Our core business is Greenlands Wholesale and we are a leading provider of wholesale fresh produce in Victoria. For all wholesale enquiries please email or call our office for assistance.

We can arrange multiple site deliveries and drop offs for special events, corporate gifts and office functions. We are experienced in handling large multiple site orders and welcome your enquiry.

We ask all deliveries to multi units, townhouses and high rise apartments have delivery instructions that help our team easily identify your delivery location. Deliveries can be made from 5am onwards, if you are in a high rise building please ensure access is possible to your delivery location or an alternative location where the delivery driver can leave your order. Please note, we will not be responsible for theft, damage or fresh produce spoiling if you request your order to be left outside or left unattended for long periods of time. Delivery instructions can be made at check out in the comment section.

Yes we can! Let us know your requirements and our team will work with you on your special event. Please contact our office for further enquiries.

What a great idea! We deliver many produce orders as gifts, simply add a note at checkout to say it’s a gift and any delivery instructions you may have and we will leave the order without an invoice. Don’t forget you can purchase a Greeting Card through our store and we will add any special message you would like to the card.

There is a delivery fee of $6.50 for the suburbs in the vicinity of our warehouse in Kilsyth South. A higher delivery fee may apply further out. Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout.

Handy Tip- you can avoid or reduce a delivery charge by picking up from our warehouse or bulk ordering!

Upon arrival, proceed to the back of the warehouse to the loading dock where a staff member will load your order into your car. If a staff member does not attend to you when you arrive, please call our office on 9728 6989.

We accept Paypal, Paypal in 4, Visa or Master Card.

Yes you can, we actually encourage it! Please leave the empty box for the driver to pick up at the spot where they will leave your next delivery.

We try and use recyclable packaging at all times and use minimal plastic packaging in the set boxes.
